To initiate this process, you must submit a written complaint to bmw55 via the support channels described in Section 16. bmw55 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through bmw55's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. For unresolved matters outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where such notice is not reasonably practicable due to urgent regulatory requirements.
